This fully renovated home features 3 brand new remodeled bathrooms. The primary bedroom upstairs features a king bed and includes an attached bathroom with walk-in shower featuring 'his & hers' shower heads and controls on each end of the shower as well as an oversized mirror with built-in LED lighting. The upstairs guest bedroom offers a nice queen bed which is located next to the upstairs guest bathroom, featuring a fully remodeled bathroom with shower-tub and elegant LED mirror. The upstairs living room features 15-foot vaulted ceilings and a patio deck with chairs on each end of the space with ocean views.

The downstairs features a bedroom with a full over queen bunk bed and another bedroom with a queen bed. Adjacent to the downstairs bedrooms is a fully remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower and LED mirror.

Our brand new kitchen features brand new cabinetry and counter tops with premium gas oven, air fryer, microwave, espresso machine, K-cup coffee maker, instant hot water kettle, blender, toaster, and enough dinnerware to host plenty of guests.

The fully remodeled laundry room offers plenty of cabinet storage for linens and features a brand new oversized washer and dryer.

Both living rooms feature 65-70" Smart TVs and comfortable sofas to relax. The upstairs living room features a standing desk with chair, so you can stay connected and work remotely when needed.

The backyard is where the magic lies. A beautiful brand new turf lawn sets ground to a beautiful white outdoor dining table with 8 chairs, a pergola with adjustable louvers that covers a sofa and two arm chairs surrounding a natural gas fire pit (s'more kit included with every stay!), two modern chaise lounge chairs, and an extra large hot tub in the back corner with tons of privacy.

The backyard is completely fenced in, perfect for young children or dogs. The backyard also features a fence in the back with a private gate that offers access to California State Park (San Onofre) with miles of hiking trails that include endless ocean views.

A nice 2-car garage in the front of the house is situated in front of a small driveway which can also allow for 2 additional parking spaces, for a total of 4 cars on the property. Street parking is readily available as well.

Included in each stay is multiple surfboards and electric bikes, which means you can be surfing Trestles in less than 5 minutes! San Clemente Outlet shopping is only 7 minutes and Lego Land is only 28 minutes away!

Please note that the property has a driveway on the side of the house with a rear detached garage that the owner may use from time to time. Guests will not have access to the rear garage or side driveway unless agreed upon prior to check-in. There is a fence between the backyard and the driveway, so there is still complete privacy from the house and backyard.

Located in San Clemente, this vacation home is near theme parks and by the sea. Mission San Juan Capistrano and Casa Romantica are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Dana Point Harbor and San Clemente Municipal Golf Course. Bamboo and Beyond and Surfing Heritage Foundation Museum are also worth visiting.
