Come experience this clean and modern 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with tons of natural light & ocean views from 2 separate balconies, situated in the hills overlooking beautiful San Clemente. 5 minute drive to the beach and historic San Clemente pier. Miles of hiking trails within walking distance from the home. Tons of great restaurants, bars, grocery & outlet stores just minutes away. When you arrive at our home, you'll enter through the front door and step into the foyer. Directly ahead is the living room which features a baby grand piano, fireplace and floor to ceiling windows which allow for tons of natural light. To the right is the dining room with a large oak table. Off of the dining room you'll find the kitchen which features all new appliances including a 30" Bosch range, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and garbage disposal. There is also a breakfast nook that offers garden views. A small laundry room and half bath are also located on the first floor.
Heading up to the second floor, you will find four large bedrooms and 2 full baths (one with a shower and one with a shower/tub). Two of the bedrooms have queen sized sofa beds and large HD wall-mounted televisions. The third bedroom features a queen bed, and the master bedroom features a king size bed, attached master bath, and an oversized balcony with ocean views. There is also a small Juliette balcony off of the second bedroom also with ocean views.

Located in Rancho San Clemente, a neighborhood in San Clemente, this vacation home is near theme parks and near the beach. Bamboo and Beyond and Ocean Institute are local attractions and those in the mood for shopping can visit Outlets at San Clemente and Avenida del Mar. Traveling with kids? Consider Marguerite Aquatic Complex, or check out an event or a game at Laguna Niguel Regional Park Tennis Center. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
