California beach living at its best! This family-friendly Surf House is steps from the beach, close to the towns wedding venues and an easy E-bike ride to surf breaks Trestles and San O. Live like a local and rent our house E-bikes to surf or explore; step through our backyard gate to explore the nearby canyon trails then grab the house surfboards, walk down below the house for a surf/swim or a stroll along the famous beach trail. Take a hot outdoor shower, enjoy local eateries and close the night out around the cozy fire pit.

We are excited to share our vacation home and show off beautiful San Clemente! The SC Surf House is a single family, 3-bedroom + 2-bath, 1,581 square foot, Spanish themed beach home has been thoughtfully renovated. The master bedroom offers a King bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet, patio access and private bathroom. The guest bedroom also has a king bed with patio access and canyon views. The third bedroom is perfect for kids offering a triple bunk bed with two twins and one full mattress. The guest and kids room share a bathroom. The flowing great room consists of a built-in dining booth, a spacious, well-appointed kitchen plus flow over dining and a living room with a large operable fireplace. Step from the living room into the private patio and outdoor dining area that feels like an extension of the home with a fire pit seating area and unobstructed views out over the undeveloped coastal canyons of State Beach Park.

We live very close by and will be happy to assist in any way possible to make your stay perfect. We want you to live like a local so don’t hesitate to ask anything.

Our special SC Surf House offers all the amenities to feel at home and live like a San Clemente local. The home offers a fully stocked kitchen with a gourmet coffee maker, popcorn popper and small desk. The home offers premium Wi-Fi with two smart, flat screen TV's operating DISH Network. Because of the mild coastal climate, our home does not have central air conditioning. We have ceiling fans in bedrooms and tower fans in the closets. Other amenities and special features include a BBQ on the patio as well as multiple long board and short board storage racks next to the outdoor shower. We offer two electric bikes for a small flat rate. Riders must be at least18 years old with a valid driver's license. Let us know when you book if you'd like to rent! We also offer everything you need to have a fun and comfortable beach day. We’ve included chairs, umbrella, towels, sand toys and a backpack cooler. The home was previously owned by the local, charging Gudauskas brothers so we've continued their legacy by providing our residents with Positive Vibe Warrior (Gudauskas's charity foundation), sustainably built and recyclable softboards (boogie board, fish and 8' egg).

The location of this home in the Southwest area of town is the best area for vacationing groups and families interested in beach, action sport and surf-centric activity. Most local surfers choose to live at this end of town for the closest access to Trestles and San Onofre Beach, some of the last un-developed coastal areas in Southern California. At the bottom of The Loop lies the neighborhood Lobeiro Overlook Park that looks over the ocean. Walk down the steps from here to State Beach and connect to the public "Beach Trail" which allows the walker, runner or biker unlimited access to all of San Clemente's pristine beaches and coastal amenities. Mountain bikers and hikers have close access to the many trails found just to the West of the home in the San Onofre State Beach Park. For the more adventurous beach goer and surfer looking for privacy, explore the 6 beach trails within the San Onofre Cliffs Beach Park, which feel as you've stepped back into a time. For the golfer, just north lies the San Clemente Municipal Golf Course. One of the best, "bang for your buck" courses in Southern California.

A few things to note:
*Trash day is Monday. If you need the trash taken, please pull the cans to the curb Sunday evening.

*Wednesday’s the gardeners come. Please keep your pet inside if you are not home.

*During the winter months the outdoor couch cushions may be in the garage on the upper shelf if there has been rain.

*In order to connect to the Sonos system below the TV, download the app and follow the instructions. You can also connect to the portable Bose in the kitchen using Bluetooth connectivity.

The SC Surf House is a legally permitted STLU rental in San Clemente (Permit # STLU21-294). San Clemente is perfectly positioned to take advantage of all the attractions and amenities between Los Angeles and San Diego.

Located in San Clemente, this vacation home is near the beach. Travelers eager for a bit of culture can stop by Mission San Juan Capistrano, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore San Clemente State Beach and Doheny State Beach. Ready for a night out? Consider La Ventura Event Center and Boneyard Beach Cafe. Windsurfing and surfing/body boarding offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
