It's the same walking distance to SC's downtown area featuring shopping, more great restaurants and wine bars & nightlife.

We strive to cultivate a relaxed Zen style and vibe in our home so you can leave the daily stresses behind and enjoy your stay in sunny San Clemente. People say that we have "the best climate in the world" and we know you'll agree!

Décor-
Our home is decorated Zen contemporary. It has a colorful, happy vibe with comfortable furniture and beautiful bamboo floors throughout.
Rooms are spacious, bathrooms have a spa look/feel to them.

Eating/lounging-
Kitchen/Dining area has stainless appliances, granite counters, 2 bar areas with stool seating for a quick snack and a beautiful teak full size dining table for more formal meals. 1st floor living room area has reclining couch & chair. 42" LED TV.

Sleeping/Baths-
2 Master bedroom/baths on separate floors. This lay out works well for families and/or those traveling together, as each party can have their own separate space.
Both masters have King size beds/spa style baths w/oversized tubs and outdoor patio areas.
1st floor master connects to outdoor recreational patio area w/ping pong table etc.
2nd floor master has adjustable beds with massage features built in and a sundeck for enjoying your morning coffee and some quiet time.

Additional Sleeping/Lounging-
2nd floor features a large BONUS living room area with 2 pull out sofa beds. (Queen & Full)
This is a spacious room and good set up for sleeping kids
(we also have an extra air mattress).
Enjoy movies on the large 65" LED TV and treat yourself to some chill time on the massage chair or sit by the fire place.

Outdoor Areas-
After a fun your day at the beach, you can come home and continue to enjoy the great climate. Watch spectacular San Clemente sunsets from either one of our upper and lower decks. Enjoy the gorgeous outdoor seating area out front, people watch and gather around the cozy fire pit!
Play ping pong, darts back in enclosed patio area.

Please don't forget to rinse off your sandy toes with the outdoor solar heated shower!

Explore -
You really don't even need a car since we are walking distance to Pier, beach and downtown area. There is a FREE trolley that you can catch at the Pier (again, walking distance) to take you to Outlets and other surrounding beach towns and an Amtrak station for a fun way to sightsee too! The beach trail connects you from the Pier to North Beach to Calafia State beach. This is an easy path to use for all levels.

If you do decide to explore outside of SC, there are many popular points of interest ALL within a short drive. Disney, LEGOLAND, Knotts Berry Farm, Del Mar Racetrack, SD Zoo are just a few! Just as our property is positioned with a great location so is our town. San Clemente is a coastal town right in the middle of Los Angeles and San Diego. Making it easy to visit their tourist attractions.
