Our beautiful home IS cozy. You will likely be WOWED when you first walk in! The backyard will be as beautiful completed (UNDER RENOVATION)!

The space
NOT A PARTY HOUSE — NO VISITORS ALLOWED, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS.. NO BIRTHDAY CELEBRATIONS! Only accepting work related responsible companies OR families and friends consisting of 8 guests MAX! No exceptions.

PROFESSIONAL 5-STAR SECURITY WILL BE CALLED AND ON PATROL IF GUEST BREAKS OUR VISITORS RULE, with ties to local law enforcement. IF any of our simple yet important rules (meant to prevent illegal parties) are broken they will be there ready to escort guest out!

We’ve been having a streak of guest attempting parties. No refunds and cancellation is immediate if you break our no visitors rule especially for the purpose of throwing an illegal party.

Cameras installed out front and sides for your protection and ours as well as to prevent visitors.

Registered guests are our WELCOME GUESTS ONLY! Visitors start problems 99% of the time! Guests respect and take care of our home. Guests get access to whole home. Note: garage is used as storage by us and not accessible to guests. Backyard is under construction.

What makes our home unique is its SENSE OF beauty when you sit in any one of our two living rooms and watch HD movies on our 65" 4k HDTVs. Front living room TV has an amazing wall-shaking surround sound setup. Also, ALL our mattresses are made of memory foam and worth $800-2k and will help you sleep much better than many other homes. 99.99% of hosts will NEVER ATTEMPT TO OFFER this. By far the BEST amenity.

BEDROOMS
Providing a cozy sleep was our priority and we succeeded with fresh pillows and 1800 thread count 5-star linens. Look forward to sleeping each night!

Besides our CAL-KING masterbedroom bed, we have 6 twin size mattress/beds. Two mattresses are stored in the closet while 4 twin mattress are on twin size beds.

FAMILY ROOM
In our family room, you will find a chimney, seating for 10 guests, including a warm chaise lounge, a white futon sofa that flattens into a cool bed, 65
4k tv, and high-quality stereo speakers with Alexa voice controls and music selection!

FRONT LIVINGROOM
Our front living room is really comfortable! It has a fifteen-foot tall ceiling with a SUPER LARGE abstract art piece at the top, 14-bulb chandelier, full-size coffee table that magically transforms into a bed (just add the futon mattress in the closet), and two European sofa-sectional that also turns into two single beds (just move the pillows).

You will also find a 65" HDTV with amazon fire tv entertainment which includes (DirecTV, NetFlix, Youtube, etc). You will also find a very cool soundbar with wall-shaking subwoofer. Finally, you will find two candle holder bases that are about 3 feet tall that give it elegance and a sense of style. All located on an 8-inch platform that makes the experience much more chill!

DINING ROOM
In our dining room, you will find a beautiful 3-foot long chandelier that just looks amazing! It is ALEXA voice-controlled and you can even change one of the bulbs COLOR to give the dining room a warm stylish feel. The dining room table has 6 chairs (up to 8 upon request) and can seat 6-10 guests with a bench that is behind the dining table.

Master bedroom
In our master bedroom, you will find a rotating cuddle chair that also is good for reading or taking a nap. A kings size bed with Alexa VOICE CONTROLLED led lighting above. ADD your personal touch of color and ambiance! It also has its own bathroom and shower for extra privacy.

UPSTAIRS
In the upstairs, there are three bedrooms, a private master bathroom, as well as a bathroom with shower and tub. All bedrooms are located upstairs, however, downstairs has 7 sleepable sections (see pics).

The backyard is multilevel as the home is on a slight upward inclining street. It is not accessible currently until the renovation is complete!

KITCHEN
In the kitchen, you will find a stove, microwave, trash compactor, refrigerator, island for chopping and a beautiful chandelier with each bulb changing colors with ALEXA voice-controlled capabilities. Also, we have plenty of pots, pans, and silverware.

FRONT HOME
In front of our home, you will find an extra-wide driveway that fits 3-5 cars. The garage is used for storage and not accessible. Also, there is plenty of street parking.

Guest access
Get access to our whole INSIDE house (garage used for storage and backyard under construction) three upstairs bedrooms. Master suite has it's own bathroom. There is another FULL bathroom in the upstairs hall and 1/2 bathroom downstairs as well.

Kitchen includes stainless steel refrigerator, stove, oven. Front of house has enough parking for three to four cars, and plenty of parking on street in front of our home.

Keyless entry doors in front of our home allow you to arrive anytime. HDTV's are ultra 4K capable and include amazing surround sound wall shaking effects.

Our home is a smart home and utilizes alexa voice commands that control the color of kitchen 7 orb’d a chandelier.

Play your favorite music with alexa voice commands as well (we use amazon prime UNLIMITED music connected to our SONOS whole house speakers.

Bedrooms have Calvin Klein pillows, Tommy Hilfiger comforters, and 1800 thread count linens providing you with ultra comfort and sleep. Mattresses have both cotton and memory foam making it by far the most comfortable beds you can catch some sleep with.

Front living room sectional is high quality made of duck feathered cushioning (very comfortable to sleep on).

We also have 4 high-quality twin CASPER mattresses for guests to sleep comfortably as well. They are as comfortable as our king size bed! Total of 7 beds consisting of 1 kings size bed as well as 6 CASPER twin size mattress beds. 1 full-size futon mattress for front living room full size coffee table/bed!

North Park, a neighborhood in San Bernardino, is home to this vacation home. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Box Springs Mountain Reserve Park and Silverwood Lake State Recreation Area, while Original McDonald's Site and Museum and Yaamava’ Theater are cultural highlights. Fiesta Village Family Fun Park and San Bernardino County Museum are also worth visiting.
