Cooking is hardly a chore in the chef’s kitchen, where dual-range, dual dishwashers, two sinks, a full-size refrigerator, and a smaller beverage fridge make planning and creating your family’s meals a delight. There’s a breakfast bar that seats four and a 10-person dining table with full view of the sound. A new wall-mounted Smart TV in the great room, a comfortable place to wind down for the evening unless the irresistible pull of the sound’s gorgeous vistas calls you outside to take it all in from the spacious deck. Also on this level is a luxurious king primary bedroom with a private deck for peaceful, secluded moments. The ensuite bath features a whirlpool tub, tiled shower, dual vanity, and a separate water closet.
