Guest access
Oceanside Haven provides two dedicated tandem parking spaces beside the house. Though tight, past guests successfully parked two midsize SUVs. In winter, parking is limited to one car. After parking, access the bottom level through the first door via the walkway. For the top level, use the entrance behind the house; walk past the outdoor shower, turn right, and climb stairs.

Upon check-in, follow the private pathway behind the house (toward the yellow house we share with our neighbors) to your own Salisbury Beach spot. Here, you can relax, watch sunrises, or enjoy the Saturday night fireworks in summer. This is the ideal spot for your yearly gatherings—perfect for unwinding, bonding, sharing stories, making memories, and swimming with family and friends.

Oceanside Haven is under 1/2 mile from Salisbury Beach's attractions: Salisbury Beach Center, shopping, shows, concerts, ice cream, arcades, historical carousel, boardwalk, and restaurants like Seaglass, Capri, and Surfside.

Other things to note

Trash: If the kitchen trash is full, please take it to the trash barrel under the staircase, near the outdoor shower.

Parking During Snowstorms:
We do not provide onsite parking during snowstorms, as plow trucks need access to the parking area. Guests must move their vehicles and park elsewhere for the duration of the snowstorm. Guests are responsible for finding alternative parking, either on the street or in a paid parking facility.
Additionally, guests are fully responsible for managing any snow-related challenges, including shoveling. Shovels are available on the premises for your convenience.

Please do not book if you require guaranteed onsite parking, as we cannot accommodate this during snowstorms. No refunds will be issued for cancellations or dissatisfaction related to parking, as it would constitute a violation of our house rules.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Salisbury Beach, a neighborhood in Salisbury. MetroRock Indoor Climbing Centers and Evergreen Valley Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Hampton Beach and Hampton Beach State Park.
