Stylish condo just steps from the Arkansas River! Just outside the front door, take a short walk down the paved riverfront path to Riverside park, downtown dining, and shopping. There is a master suite on the street level with a queen bed, walk-in closet, and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is upstairs, on the main level, with a queen over queen bunk bed and a walk-in closet. The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a washer/dryer in the unit. There are views of the mountains that surround Salida out most windows. In case you need a night in, there is high speed internet and board games. This is our family's weekend getaway, we bring our kids here to enjoy getting out into nature. At this time, we do not have a TV. Please, NO pets and NO smoking.

Located in Salida, this condo is in the city center and on a river. Art Matters Gallery & Studio and SteamPlant Theater and Event Center are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Wood's High Mountain Distillery and Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area Visitor Center. Rocky Mountain Mini Golf and Mt. Shavano Fish Hatchery are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with snowboarding and skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding.
