The Speakeasy Condo is located in the historic District of Downtown Salida, CO. The location provides easy walking to all downtown restaurants and bars. The Arkansas River runs through town a block away and the downtown park and amphitheater is within earshot. The condo is the newly remodeled second floor of a 1899 built historic building, come enjoy our town and the historic beginning of Colorado mountain living.
The entire second floor and upstairs back deck is available for your stay. There is a full kitchen for cooking meals and an antique clawfoot tub for an historic experience.
There are numerous restaurants and 2 liquor stores within blocks from the front door. Music from the park and neighboring bars can be enjoyed from the back deck, The Arkansas river whitewater park and boat ramp is a block away for those who are boaters. The location is very much downtown Salida. We are right next door to Bensons Tavern and the VIctoria Tavern is across the street. If you are excited about being in the thick of things then this is the right place , if you are a light sleeper then maybe not.
Downtown Salida, a neighborhood in Salida, is home to this condo. Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area Visitor Center and Wood's High Mountain Distillery are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Rocky Mountain Mini Golf and Mt.
