~Acceptance of the terms of the Rental Agreement and all Rental Policies is ASSUMED at the time of reservation. 24 to 48 hours before arrival, check-in instructions will be sent to the guest.
**This home is rented for personal vacation use only. Any other use, including large gatherings or parties, is not allowed. Renters must abide by all rental terms and policies, as well as all local applicable property covenants, restrictions, regulations, and laws. Any evidence of smoking, use of firearms, driving ATVs other than in the driveway as access only, unapproved pets, unauthorized use of property grounds, damage resulting from violation of rental policies, and/or excessive mess may result in charges up to $3000.00 to the Guest's credit card on file, as authorized by the Guest's approval of the terms of the Rental Agreement.
Reservations may be canceled more than 30 days prior to check-in with a full refund. 14 to 29 days prior to arrival, a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued after this cut-off date for any reason. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions, spotty internet service, or interruption of service.
Located in Salida, this vacation home is in the mountains and on a river. SteamPlant Theater and Event Center and Art Matters Gallery & Studio are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Arkansas Headwaters Recreation Area Visitor Center and Wood's High Mountain Distillery. Mt. Shavano Fish Hatchery and Rocky Mountain Mini Golf are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, and don't miss out on the sledding and snowmobiling.
