A lush serene setting of trees, walking paths and nature surround this 3 level townhome within the gates of Keowee Key. You will have quick access to Lake Keowee (2 marinas with kayak and boat launch and boat rentals) Pickle Ball and Tennis courts at the Fitness Center (some additional fees may apply), nearby golf and indoor and outdoor pools.
This home is available as a dedicated rental property. The owners do not keep any of their personal items in the home.
The space
The home is on 3 levels. The lower level can be entered through the 1 car garage from the rear of the property. There is a bedroom with a Queen bed, bathroom, game room with a dart board (magnetic darts), the garage and stairs to the main level.
On the main level, you will have a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, electric induction range, dishwasher, microwave, 12 cup coffee maker with K-cup single serve, 4 slice toaster, cookware and dinnerware for 12. The living room has a vaulted ceiling, wood burning fireplace, 55" LED TV. The washer and dryer are just off the hallway. There is a primary bedroom with a king size bed and deck access, another bedroom with a full/twin bunk bed. The bathroom on this level has a walk-in shower, 2 sinks and a toilet. It can be accessed from the primary bedroom and hallway.
On the upper level there is a loft area with a sleeper sofa and 65” TV, a PS3 that plays video games, and Blueray/DVD discs and a bedroom with a queen bed and a bathroom with a tub.
There are 2 outdoor (either front or rear) and 1 indoor parking spaces available.
Guest access
The home is in a gated community best accessed from the south entrance. When guest 1st arrives, a packet will be waiting at the guard station gate. A gate pass will be provided for one vehicle. Access to the house has a keyless entry. A code will be provided by the owner.

Located in Salem, this vacation home is next to a golf course. Memorial Stadium is a notable landmark, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Lake Keowee and Lake Hartwell. Traveling with kids?
