• We have recently added a bed to the 3rd bedroom to increase occupancy to 8. We will be adding photos of the bedroom with 2 full beds soon!
• Please note that a pet fee of $15/day per pet applies. Dog owners must pick up up waste from yard.
• This is an antique family home over 200 years old. The home still has many of the original character and furnishings which the owners are renovating over time. You will experience "old house charm" like stairs that creak or windows that may rattle but we hope this will only enhance your spooky adventure in Salem :)
• 2 of the bedrooms are adjoined by one of the full bathrooms "jack and jill" style
*Rental Agreement is required to be signed after reservation has been confirmed. Failure to comply will result in the cancellation of reservation.
*Damage Protection included - we have included a $28 charge in your total quote that covers your purchase of $1500 of "all risk" damage protection coverage on the rental property. This protection is purchased in lieu of a cash damage deposit. Coverage details are spelled out in the rental agreement.
Located in Salem, this vacation home is in the city center and near the beach. The area's natural beauty can be seen at Salem Common and Revere Beach, while Salem Witch Museum and Hammond Castle are cultural highlights. Bewitched in Salem and Salem Willows Park are also worth visiting. Enjoy the area's slopes with cross-country skiing, and don't miss out on the ice skating and sledding.
