Both bedrooms on main floor offer queen sized mattresses. 3rd Bedroom is located on lower level with a NEW KING MATTRESS for your comfort. Second living room area with plenty of seating area and flat screen tv. Wide pine floors, upgraded shaker style cabinets Granite counter-tops, SS appliances. Large open concert living. Sleeps 6 people VERY comfortably. Off street parking for one vehicle. Central AC . Outside seating area for your enjoyment. Short walking distance to commuter train to Boston. Walk downtown to restaurants and to beach, Close proximity to historic district. Fully furnished, heat, hot water, electric, cable, wifi all included. Pots/pans utensils, linens , towels all as well.
