St Simons Rentals is proud to present Eden on East Cottage. This charming East Beach Cottage is located just steps from the most beautiful part of the Saint Simons Beach. This spacious home offers a private salt water pool, screened rear porch and a large front porch complete with rocking chairs. The spacious living and dining area opens to the screened porch which overlooks the pool. Beach access is just 200 yard from the cottage.
On the first floor you will find the first guest bedroom situated with a large King bed, full bath with a tub/shower combo. Also located on the first floor is a fully stocked kitchen, living area, dining area, washer and dryer room and a half bath.
Up the stairs to the second level you will find the second guest room that is great for the kids and has 2 full size beds. This room has a full bath with a tub/ shower combo. Just across the hallway you will find the third guest room with king bed and full bath with tub/ shower combo. Just down the hallway you will find the roomy master complete with king bed, sitting area, full bath with walk in shower and large jetted tub.
Located across the pool area/ backyard is the nicely decorated two story pool house. There is an outside staircase to the fourth guest room. There you will find yet another king bed, bath and walk in shower. The first floor of the pool house features a second refrigerator and sitting area. This home is sure to be a favorite for your family for years to come.
Pool may be heated for an additional $60/day.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in East Beach, a neighborhood in St. Simons Island. World War II Home Front Museum and Glynn Visual Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's attractions include Massengale Park and Neptune Park. Captain Scott Owens and Summer Waves Water Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
