Welcome to the “Village Sea House” a new Saint Simons vacation home.
We are minutes from East Beach and the St. Simons Pier Village, which serves as the downtown hub for shopping, dining, and enjoying island life. Both are easily accessed on one of two "Village Sea House" golf carts FREE to our guests.
Spend your days soaking in the private pool, enjoying cocktails on one of three covered porches, or exploring the island on our two golf carts. Regardless of how you vacation, the “Village Sea House” is where stunning design meets southern lifestyle.

Located in St. Simons Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Summer Waves Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Driftwood Beach and Jekyll Island State Park. Traveling with kids? Consider Glynn Visual Arts and Massengale Park. Kayaking and motor boating offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking and cycling nearby.
