THE SPACE
The perfect location with the beach across the street and walking distance to the beach. Amazing sunrises can be seen from the Roof Top Terrace over looking the Ocean. There is plenty of space to sleep up to 8 guests.

Access the upper deck from interior steps for amazing views. Sorry, no grills are allowed.
Kitchen is nicely equipped with Stainless appliances, Keurig single serve and small drip coffee pot, 2 slice toaster, blender, and an 8 quart crockpot.
Full size washer and dryer is located in kitchen laundry closet for your use.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.
Pets: This is not a pet friendly home.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.

Located in St. Simons Island, this condo is near the beach. Summer Waves Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Driftwood Beach and Jekyll Island State Park. Massengale Park and Neptune Park are also worth visiting. Motor boating and fishing offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and cycling nearby.
