Boasting the southern charm of the Golden Isles, this home has double decker front porches with double french doors, where you can swing or sit back and relax while listening to the ocean waves. The back gate leads you to Barrier Island Brewery’s beer garden, and some of the island’s best restaurants, like Crap Trap and Crabdaddy’s, are just steps away!

This charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath beach home welcomes you with a comfortable seating area and natural light. The open kitchen, living and dining space allows for extra time spent with friends and family! The first floor features Bedroom 1, “Cozy Coral,” with king bed and en suite bath with two separate vanities and shower/bath combo. You will also find Bedroom 2 on the first floor, “Stars and Bars,” with two twin beds and a door that leads to an open backyard fit for games, cornhole or dining!

Take the stairs up to a second living area. No need to walk downstairs for your morning coffee, the second level is equipped with a bar, sink, mini fridge, and Keurig coffee maker for your convenience! Included in the living area is comfortable seating, a TV, and a table perfect for games. The double french doors lead to a patio with plenty of seating, small bar, dining table, and porch swing. The perfect place to take in the salt air with a cup of coffee or refreshing beverage!

As you walk down the hall you will find the second primary bedroom, Bedroom 3. The “Rest Ashored” suite includes a king bed, dresser, TV, and en suite bath with shower. Bedroom 4, “The Barrier Island Barracks,” is also located on the second floor and connects to a full bathroom with shower. This room includes a set of twin bunk beds and a twin bed.
