Architect Keith Summerour designed the villa with tabby stucco and cypress shake siding for a one of a kind home. Take the elevator to the third floor when it's time to turn in!

The pool can be heated upon request! 72 hours notification is required and a pool heat fee of $40 plus tax per day must be paid prior to check-in
this villa. If there are not at least two guests in the home over 25 years old, Vacasa’s Operations Team will call the primary guest, do additional phone screening, and meet them in person at check-in
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book. Guests under 30 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Located in St. Simons Island, this vacation home is near the beach. Bloody Marsh Battle Site and Saint Simons Island Pier are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Massengale Park and Neptune Park. Captain Scott Owens and Summer Waves Water Park are also worth visiting. Be sure to check out the area's animals with activities such as game walks and birdwatching.
