Upon entering this breezy home away from home, you are greeted by a beautifully furnished open floor plan that seamlessly combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living room boasts an extensive sofa where you can spread out comfortably with your loved ones and get ready for an entertaining evening streaming your favorite shows, movies, and sports games on the smart TV with streaming services. Book lovers will appreciate the light-filled reading corner with two comfy armchairs. Adjacent to the living room is a well-equipped, open kitchen with all stainless steel appliances that make cooking a breeze. You can enjoy breathtaking sunsets on the back screened porch with a lounge area and the back deck with outdoor dining and a gas grill.

The home boasts two primary suites with soaking tubs and separate walk-in showers, as well as, an ensuite guest bedroom with twin beds. All three bedrooms are equipped with Roku TV. Additional amenities include large walk-in closets and a washer/dryer.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Fort Frederica National Monument and Mildred Huie Museum at Mediterranean House are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cannon's Point Preserve and Frederica Park.
