This multi-level townhouse boasts a prime location for beach-goers, mere steps from days spent swimming, surfing, and collecting seashells. Within a one-mile walk, you'll find the St. Simons Island Lighthouse Museum, the pier, and a wide assortment of restaurants, cafes, and shops.

The highlight of this home is its plentiful outdoor space, from the roof deck overlooking the treetops to the wraparound paver patio on the ground floor. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee, barbecuing on the gas grill at lunchtime, or unwinding with a cold cocktail at sunset, you'll have ample alfresco seating in both sun and shade.

The main, open living space is on the second floor, bringing together a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a sitting area with a smart TV and fireplace for cozy movie nights. There's also a den downstairs where the kids can escape to watch movies and shows of their own. All of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms - a third-floor primary suite with a private balcony and smart TV, a third-floor guest room with a smart TV, and a ground-floor bunk room that opens to the patio. A washer/dryer and central air are on hand for your comfort as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
