The master bedroom with an adjustable base king bedding has an en-suite bath, ceiling fan, sofa and flat panel TV. The second bedroom, with an adjustable base queen bedding, ceiling fan and flat panel TV shares a hallway bath with the third bedroom that comes with twin bedding and a ceiling fan.

Large kitchen and dining area with everything you'll need if anyone wants to put on their chef hat. The kitchen is well appointed with all the comforts of home: new gas range, Microwave and dishwasher. Keurig coffee maker, toaster oven, toaster, crock pot, blender and plenty of pots and pans and Corning Ware for cooking. When not sitting at the beautiful kitchen table, enjoy the nice island and bar stools for extra seating and chatting with the chef. The screened in porch is perfect for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. The gas grill is located just outside the screened in porch.

Beach chairs for your use are at the property along with a folding beach/grocery
