The space
The main living level features a spacious kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counter tops, the dining room, and the living room area in an open floor plan. Living room has ample seating, a Samsung 65" Smart TV, Echo Dot for easy listening and a DVD player. Adjacent in this open area is the dining table which seats up to 8 people. Master suite includes double sinks, large shower with 6 shower heads and a walk in closet. French doors off the living room lead to a screened in back porch, enjoy entertaining family and friends on those warm summer nights! Upper level: 2 bedrooms, each with their own private bath. Bonus room with writing desk. Plantation Shutters throughout. Lower level: private garage with abundant parking. Making memories one sunset at a time!

• Linens (bath towels & bed sheets) are provided
• Starter Supply of toilet paper, soap, paper towels and trash bags.
• 4 bikes, beach towels & bags.
(Any additional supplies needed during your stay will be the responsibility of
the guest.)
St. Simons Island is home to this vacation home. Summer Waves Water Park is a popular attraction and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Driftwood Beach and Jekyll Island State Park. Glynn Visual Arts and Massengale Park are also worth visiting. Kayaking and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with hiking/biking trails and horse riding nearby.
