“This exceptional 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath custom built home is in a quiet neighborhood of beautiful homes. This very roomy open floor plan is a 2 story with 10 foot ceilings downstairs, spacious master on the ground level with a king bed and en suite bath. The Master bath features include a dual head shower, a large jetted tub, a walk in closet and a really cool TV visible inside the mirror! There are a formal dining room and a breakfast area, both directly adjacent to the kitchen, as well as seating for four at the large granite kitchen island. The kitchen is equipped with high end Viking appliances sure to please the most discriminating chef! A cozy screened porch is accessible off the breakfast area, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails.  There is a small manicured lawn in the back with lots of bird feeders for the bird lovers. The vaulted living area on the first floor includes a wet bar.

Completing the first level, there is a half bath, a large laundry room with sink, as well as an attached two car garage with direct entry to the house so you can stay out of the weather. TVs work with user friendly Roku system, AT&T provides phone service, cable and high speed internet. Sign into your Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, etc, accounts for unlimited streaming, or access the Uverse cable channels.

On the second floor is a queen en suite bedroom and a twin bedroom that shares the full hall bath. There is a spacious bonus room complete with a surround sound AV system. The fourth bedroom/office has a futon. Bring some sheets, and you have a queen sized bed in the office. There is plenty of room for the family to gather together or separate as needed. There is a piano in the downstairs living area, for those who are inclined.

Located mid-island near Sea Island Drive and Frederica Road, with quick access to the causeway, the home is very convenient to Brunswick and Jekyll, and FLETC, and is just a 12 minute drive to the beaches. Harris Teeter is only minutes away, as are shopping, art galleries, BBQ, fast food, and the Village. Fort Frederica and Christ Church are a just few minutes drive. A county bike riding park is a couple of blocks from the house and bike riding is easy along all adjacent roads and byways. Less than a mile away is access to Village Creek Landing which is a popular spot for boat or kayak launching, or for the beautiful marsh view.
