This is a wonderful duplex style home in the heart of the St. Simon's Village meaning you can walk to a multitude of shops and restaurant all within a half mile. In addition the local fishing pier and historic lighthouse are landmarks within walking distance.

This home is freshly remodeled and features a single floor plan with two large living areas, perfect for spreading out. The largest common area includes a spacious, updated kitchen which is separated from the living room with a substantial kitchen island providing the cook the opportunity to interact with the rest of the family.
