This second-floor unit offers ocean views, two en-suite bedrooms, two private balconies, and a layout that lives more like a beach house than a condo. You’ll have private parking, elevator access (no stairs required), and gated entry to an oceanfront pool—all just steps from the sand.
Inside, the vibe is clean, calm, and coastal. Think: granite countertops, stainless appliances, smart TVs in every room, and wide open space for gathering.
You’re just a short walk from the beach and ten minutes on foot from Pier Village—with shrimp & grits at Barbara Jean’s, oysters at The Half Shell, or a crêpe from St. Simons Crêpes. Sea Point Lodge 208 is where Ritz Carlton polish meets local soul.
