Come and enjoy this 16 acre complex, with 2 pools (one is heated), tennis courts, large playground, private stocked lake for those fishing enthusiasts, and a fully equipped clubhouse with WiFi, business center, fitness center, more. Plenty of green space with gas grills and much more to enjoy on the property. The complex is walking distance to the Pier Village area with tons of unique shops and restaurants to satisfy every appetite. There is a public beach access with plenty of parking about a mile away.

Comfortable 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2 story townhome. The master bedroom features a king size bed and the second bedroom room has 2 twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa if additional sleeping accommodations are needed. Fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker. The dining room table seats 6.
