One of the most unique features of the property is the separate “ADU” entertainment space, which includes a large game room and entertainment space perfect for movie nights, small gatherings, and game competitions. This space also includes an additional bedroom and serves as a fun private hangout area for guests. The property also features lawn games wil have a Sauna and Hot tub coming October 1 2026 to make future stays even more exciting.
Outside, guests can enjoy a large private backyard with patio seating and outdoor furniture, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or spending time with your group. The yard is surrounded by a large fence and garden, creating a peaceful and private setting for outdoor hangouts. Off-street parking is available for guests.
