Mac Groveland Neighborhood. Located a few houses down from Macalaster College's stadium, this is a great place for parents in town to see their kids. We have an amazing coffee place called Roots just across the street and a few other convenient fast casual spots within a couple minutes walk.

Parking out front available as well as a LARGE parking pad in the back that can accommodate 3-4 vehicles!

We are a perfect fit for parents coming to visit their Macalester students or families coming into town visiting their parents in the same neighborhood. Also great for a few friends coming in town for a concert, game or girls weekend! Weekend getaway with the kids to visit Mall of America!

FAQ's...

A/C
- Our house does have Central Air but the two bedrooms upstairs get a bit hot so we add window AC units in the summer time to ensure a more comfortable stay for the guests on the second floor

Beds
-There is 1 queen size bed, 2 full size beds and a pack n play for any little-littles. We use memory foam hybrid mattresses throughout

Early check-in?
- We cannot guarantee an early check-in. We use the precious little time we have to prepare the home for you! Assume check-in will be at 4pm but you can reach out a day before and we might be able to accommodate. If you NEED an early check in, consider booking the night before so you can check-in upon arrival. Fees start out at $50 for an early check in if we can accommodate.

Late Check-out?
- Maybe. It depends on our next guests. We will not guarantee a late check out until the weekend of your booking. Shoot a message and we will see if we can accommodate! If you need extra time, consider booking an additional night so you can leave at your leisure. Fees start out at $50 for an late check out if we can accommodate.

Luggage Drop Off?
- Sometimes. We have a front porch that is unlocked but out of the elements that we can store luggage in. Let us know what you need and how much stuff and we will try to accommodate.

Can I book on behalf of a friend, family member, or co-worker?
- No. Third party bookings are prohibited. Please have the person who is staying book themselves.

Is the home suitable for children?
- Sure is! We have a couple items that will help out. Pack n Play with a crib sheet, child gate for the stairs, a booster seat high chair and kid dinnerware & utensils.

Can we bring a dog?
- Yes, mostly. Please send us a message to confirm. See our house rules for additional information regarding the stay. Please note we do not have a fenced in yard for the pets.

Can we have people over?
- Yes, kind of. We expect all guests to be listed on the reservation. If you are having people pop in, give us a heads up. We will not allow open invite parties or a number of people over what our City of St. Paul rental license allows! No exceptions to this.

Outdoor Amenities
- We put our summer items out late May and put them away for the season at the end of October (unless it snows earlier in October).
- We provide a charcoal grill with a starter amount of charcoal
- We have a gas fire table + chairs. We provide a propane tank. If a guest goes through an entire propane tank during their stay they will need to refill it to continue using it.

Security
-There are cameras on the exterior of the property, at the front door and the back yard for the safety of our guests & property.
