The Villa is located on a plot of approximately 1,500 square meters (16150 square feet) with a private pool area and a fantastic garden with palm trees and fruit trees that can be harvested.

A special feature is that the villa is located directly on the natural path to the small bay of Trou Rolland. You are within just a two minute walk of the beach - a very nice snorkeling spot!

Villa Karibu has 8 sleeps on two levels with 4 bedrooms, two and half bathrooms, an open kitchen with dining and living area as well as many terraces/balconies and pool area with bar.

Ground floor

Kitchen:

A modern and open kitchen was newly installed in January 2024. Fully equipped with pots, pans, bowls, cutlery and plates as well as a kitchen island with bar stools.

You will find a side by side refrigerator from Samsung with ice cubes, crushed ice and cold water that is technically state-of-the-art. There are also 2 toasters, 2 mixers for cocktails, juicer, coffee machine for ground coffee, grinder for coffee beans, dishwasher, water filter and kettle as well as a gas stoven with oven.

Living and dining area:

The living and dining area is surrounded by a spacious patio where you can dine with a great view of the Caribbean Sea. A gas grill with the necessary accessories is available for free use. The air conditioning can be regulated via the powerful AC (installed January 2025) and two ceiling fans. For natural ventilation, there are three large patio doors in this area so that a light breeze can blow through the living room.

A new 65” HD TV from Samsung with all apps such as Netflix, Amazon Prime or Disney+ as well as a sofa area invite you to spend a cozy evening watching TV.

A powerful LG soundbar with subwoofer creates the right mood. You will also find a small selection of entertainment games.

Pool and bar:

The pool with a sunbathing area and the pool bar provide refreshment. An outdoor shower is available. Two umbrellas and 4 loungers with soft cushions are available.

Bedroom and bathroom:

The bedroom on the ground floor is air-conditioned with a new and quiet LG AC and offers a queen size bed (60"x80"/150x203 cm). The bathroom next door is not a full bath and contains a sink with toilet. The view is of the backyard.

Utility room:

Cleaning is twice a week. If necessary, the washing machine and dryer can be used at any time. Cool boxes and a cool bag, as well as an iron and ironing board, are also included.

Upper floor

Bedroom 4 Master bedroom:

The master bedroom with the most beautiful view of the sea is surrounded by a spacious balcony with seating and a hammock. It includes a king size bed (70"x80"/180x203 cm) and has its own full bathroom with shower and dressing room. LG's new air conditioner is quiet and efficient. The two balcony doors can be opened for natural ventilation and the closed mosquito net ensures that you don't have to worry about being bitten. A ceiling fan is also available.

Bedroom 2

This spacious bedroom also offers a fantastic view of the sea and has a beautiful balcony to relax on. It is equipped with a new and quiet AC system from LG, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The queen size bed is 60"x80"/150x203 cm.

Bedroom 3

This bedroom faces the forest and also has a balcony. It is equipped with a new and quiet air conditioning system from LG, a wardrobe and a ceiling fan. The queen size bed is 60"x80"/150x203 cm.

Bathroom upstairs:

The full bath upstairs offers 2 sinks and a spacious shower.

Excellent WiFi with 100K line and full, trouble-free connection in all bedrooms, living rooms and by the pool.

Soap, shower gel, large and small towels and beach towels are provided. Salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters and mosquito repellant are also available.

A baby seat up to 4 years old and a booster seat as well as a baby high chair
and foldable baby cot travel bed 40"x27"/100x70cm are available. A parking space on the property can be used. If you would like to rent a car, we could make you an offer.
