Full and private use of a small estate. No3 Seaview, has views overlooking both Marigot Bay and, to the West, uninterrupted spectacular clear views of the Caribbean Sea. The Guest House is available for guests to rent, and is situated next to our own holiday home which will never be is use when you are renting, so you will have the whole estate to yourselves during your stay. It comprises of 3 Sun Decks, 2 Balconies, Pool, Gardens and a Courtyard.
With a pool overlooking the bay, you’ll probably want to stay close by, but should you want to explore the island, Marigot is perfectly situated.
6 restaurants and the 5 star Marriott Zoetry resort within 5 minutes walk, evenings out are within easy reach.

Marigot Bay and Rodney Bay Marina are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Pigeon Island National Landmark and Anse Chastanet Beach. Vendor’s Arcade and Splash Island Water Park Saint Lucia are also worth visiting. Jet skiing, kayaking, and scuba diving offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding nearby.
