The dining room is beautifully appointed with seating for 6 and adjoins the spacious living room. The space is cooled by either the wonderful sea breezes off the marina, ceiling fans or A/C. This ground floor opens out onto a waterfront patio, ideal for scenic breakfasts or sundowners. The view from the patio is of Rodney Bay Marina with its colorful array of luxury yachts and sailboats, along with jumping fish. The kitchen is fully-equipped with a laundry room for your convenience along with a small powder room nearby.
