**Construction Update & Discount - see below** Our clean, spacious condo features 2 air-conditioned bedrooms, fully stocked newly-renovated kitchen, separate bar area, a dual-vanity bathroom, comfortable living & dining rooms, and a sizeable patio ideal for early breakfasts and evening cocktails. The pool terrace also has a convenient outdoor shower, picnic tables and BBQ. If you have to work (!!!), our high-speed internet makes working from here easy and worry-free!
Arguably the best beach on Saint Lucia, Reduit Beach, is a short walk from the condo. Walking into town takes 6 minutes, where there are plenty of great restaurants, bars, cafes, services (banks, hairstylists, doctors, etc), activity centres, grocery stores, etc. Historical Pigeon Island across the bay is great for snorkelling, hiking and great for a picnic. Did I mention it's 500 steps to Marie's on the beach, one of the best beach bar / fish hut on Saint Lucia??
UPDATE: Significant construction around the condo will last all of 2025. They generally work 8am-6pm daily with noise likely. If you plan on being at the beach or out during the day, the construction might not be an issue for you. My wife worked from the condo for two weeks and the noise did not bother her. Suggest coffee on the patio from 7am-8am or evening drinks! As a result, I have reduced the nightly price by 20% to make up for the out-of-our-control construction. Still a great location, at a great price!
Located in Gros Islet, this condo is in the city center and by the sea. Rodney Bay Marina and Marigot Bay are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Reduit Beach and Pigeon Island National Landmark. Splash Island Water Park Saint Lucia and Rodney Bay Aquatic Centre are also worth visiting.
