Historic five-bedroom property in central location in the Skinker DeBaliviere neighborhood!! This neighborhood truly is a walkable area as you are two blocks from Forest Park, 2 blocks from Washington University, three or four blocks from the Delmar loop with all the restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife attractions!!! The lower level has been finished with a Full Bathroom, another large screen TV with seating, couch, and gaming monitor. Lower level also contains the laundry room which has two full sized washer and dryers. The backyard has a 6-ft tall privacy fence giving you complete privacy, a large gazebo/ deck with furniture for seating and gas grill for cook outs!! There is 1 car garage for parking and an additional one car parking pad.
