This is the perfect house for families, groups or professionals. Located less than a 1 mile walk from Forest Park, Wash U and Delmar Loop and only 2 miles from BJC Hospital. This freshly renovated and decorated property will make you feel right at home. We are well stocked with kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, record player, books and board games. Each bedroom has its own TV, closet, luggage rack, ceiling fans and blackout shades for those who like to sleep in. There is a detached garage for your parking and ample street parking right in front of the house. The backyard has a comfortable covered patio with cafe lights, chairs and a porch swing.
