Your cozy getaway awaits in Saint James City at this pleasant house. Family friendly spacious home, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Sit out back and relax by the screened pool with tables and chairs. Or sit by the canal and look for our marine friends and watch the tide come and go! Bring your boat, there is dock space of about 40 feet. Gulf access about 15-20 minutes away. Great restaurants within minutes!
The master bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, 2 nightstands and small dresser. It has a on-suite bathroom with double sinks, shower, and toilet, and a spacious closet. The 2nd bedroom contains a queen size bed, smart tv, and desk. The 3rd bedroom has 2 double beds with a smart TV. Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms as well. The living room has a super cozy sectional with smart TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with all the things you'll need for your visit. We have a dining table that seats 6. There are 2 cozy chairs in the back room by the pool table to just hang out, or enjoy the view of the pool, and canal. There Is a grill in your garage available for you to use, we just ask that you please take it outside. Washer and dryer are also available in the garage. Both bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner and body wash for you, and are stocked with towels. Have a seat out back and relax by the screened pool.
All spaces on the property are for you to enjoy except the 2 closets (one in hallway and one by the front door). The boat lift and jet ski lift are NOT available for use.
Saint James City is home to this vacation home. Sanibel Historical Museum and Village and Sanibel Historical Village and Museum are local landmarks, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Royal Tee Golf Club and Wicked Dolphin Distillery. Bowland Coral Lanes and Tropical Breeze Fun Park are also worth visiting.
