A lovely canal front home centrally located within a short golf cart ride to the Ocean Marina, Atlantic Ocean, The Beach Club, Golf Courses and the Cabana Club. This beautiful open floor plan home has its own dock, a great place to sit and relax, fish, or crab! Two fully screened in porches fully furnished to enjoy the sunset and canal with your loved ones. This house has four bedrooms and three baths and sleeps 11 people comfortably.

Two bedrooms are on the first floor and two are on the second floor. The first-floor bedrooms have a king bed in the primary and a queen in the guest. Primary has an en suite bathroom. Hallway full bathroom with tub shower combo on the first floor. Upstairs, the kids' room has a twin and a queen, and the 2nd guest bedroom has 2 queens. One full bathroom is located upstairs and has a tub shower combo. Wood flooring on the first floor was refinished in 2025 providing a new, clean atmosphere to the home.

Featuring an open floor plan, this house is an ideal vacation rental. Plenty of seating indoors and on the screened in porch...ahhh, what a great place to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. This house is tastefully decorated and in an ideal location. The primary bedroom leads out to its own screened porch. Off the living room is another screened porch with plenty of seating and a mounted TV. There are seven TVs in this home, the TV in the living room has Hargray Cable and the rest are for streaming only. High speed 600mbps WIFI throughout the home. The driveway has plenty of room for parking and also a spot to park in the middle garage. The large deck connects around the home and has a propane grill and a great view of the canal.

Your unit is stocked with a starter set of essentials like toilet paper and paper towels. Springtide Market & Deli (located at the front of the island near the guard gate) stocks all essentials needed for a longer stay as well as groceries, grab-and-go, liquor, beach accessories, and much more!

Located 20 miles from Beaufort, South Carolina, Fripp Island is a gated, private island, comprised of about six and a half square miles. The views from Fripp Island are unlike others in the Sea Islands, as Fripp is the most seaward of them all. Fripp Island is a designated wildlife sanctuary and is also host to many whitetail deer and other amazing wildlife. You will be sure to see them as you enter the island gates.
