Step into this beautiful island home and you’ll be drawn in to the amazing marsh views. The open living spaces are the perfect setting for family gatherings and true island living.
The home features three levels with decks and screened spaces for each of the 3 bedrooms. The well-appointed living area includes plenty of seating for relaxing movie nights and a fully-equipped kitchen for dining in. The living room features a fireplace and cozy pit-group seating and the most amazing views over the marsh for stunning sunsets.
The primary bedroom has a king bed and full ensuite bath. The private deck offers a quiet place to take in the island wildlife and the sights and sounds of the salt marsh.
Additional bedrooms include a double suite and another with 2 doubles. A guest bath is located adjacent to these bedrooms. Each offers access to a balcony. There is also a sitting area on the upper level for a quick nap or reading your favorite book.
This property includes a golf cart to take you to the beach, Davis Love park and so much more. It is a short walk from the Marina Store, pool and Island Excursions. Club cards are available for purchase with this property.
