This beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home is located just steps from downtown St. Helena. Walk to world-class restaurants, wineries, St. Helena Health Spa, the quaint Cameo Cinema and shopping.
Entering into the living room, you are greeted with a large, comfortable sofa, Sony flat screen television and electric fireplace. The nearby dining room meets you with a table for six. The patio off of the dining room offers a covered outdoor seating area and gas BBQ grill for your use.
The kitchen greets you with generous granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the flatware, dinnerware and cooking and baking items needed to make this house your perfect cooking retreat. A microwave, toaster oven with air fryer, Keurig coffee maker with pods for your consumption, blender, and a wine refrigerator round out the kitchen's offerings. The side counter is furnished with two seats for casual dining.
Downstairs also houses a half bath off of the kitchen and an adjoining garage for one small to medium-sized vehicle. Hardwood floors throughout the downstairs add to the beauty of this home.
Walking up the grand staircase, you are met by a loft space set-up for office, art or other work. Floor-to-ceiling bookshelves and a large desk provide generous amounts of work areas. Wireless Internet is available throughout the home. The staircase and upstairs floors are beautifully covered in wall-to-wall carpeting.
Next you will find the two queen-bed guest bedrooms. Both have been decorated with designer linens, ample dresser and closet space as well as flat screen televisions. These first two bedrooms share a hallway bath with a shower/tub and toilet room separate from the double sink bath. You will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryers along with ample towels for your stay.
In the master bedroom, luxury linens decorate the California King-sized bed. A wall mounted flat screen television is ready for your viewing pleasure. The ensuite master bath offers double sinks and a separate shower and toilet room. As with the other bathroom, you will find shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hairdryers along with ample towels for your stay. Two spacious closets round out this wonderful space.
The washer and dryer are conveniently located near all of the bedrooms on the second floor. An iron and ironing board are provided along with other laundry essentials.
This home is in a perfect location to enjoy a quiet wine country getaway, a great bottle wine at one of our fabulous, local restaurants or to use as a resting place while exploring all that Napa Valley has to offer.
Located in Downtown St. Helena, a neighborhood in St. Helena, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a river. V. Sattui Winery and Castello di Amorosa are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda. Calistoga Spit N' Cycle and Napa County Fairgrounds are also worth visiting. Jet skiing and kayaking offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with horse riding and hiking nearby.
