Welcome to St. Helen and The 4 Seasons Family Retreat! Our property is located on the Golden Eye Canal feeding into Lake St. Helen. Lake St. Helen is a 2400 acre All Sports Lake with great fishing and surrounded by nature not lake homes or cabins. The area itself is an all season location with beaches, boating, side by side and snowmobile trails. This is a phenomenal area to vacation year round in any season.
The home has brand new furnishings and bedding. There are 5 total bedrooms with two masters, one up and one down with attached en-suites. A total of 4 full bathrooms 2 up and 2 down makes this home an excellent place to stay with multiple families. The open floor plan that leads out to a large deck and Carolina room is perfect for gathering and spending time together. The kitchen is large and open with a unique concrete countertop, a peninsula for seating and is fully stocked with quality pots and pans if you desire to cook while on vacation. The living area is comfortable and large with plenty of seating with a 55” Smart TV to stream all of your favorite shows. The main level also has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.
If you are looking for a great place to stay that is completely renovated, clean, well stocked and with all new furnishings look no further than The Four Season Family Retreat!
We are conveniently located only 9 miles from the wedding venue, The Barn at Evergreen Farms. We are also very close to Houghton Lake, golf courses; The Dream, The Nightmare and Forest Dunes and many restaurants are within a 5-25 minute drive.
**Disclosure; there are exterior security cameras on the property, one located above the front door and the other on the back of the home facing the canal.
Located in St. Helen, this vacation home is on a lake. Birch Point Golf Club and The Nightmare Golf Course are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Kirtlands Warbler Wildlife Management Area and Marguerite Gahagan Nature Preserve. Ogemaw Nature Park and Zettel Farms and Orchard are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing, or check out other outdoor activities such as snowmobiling.
