Camp Willewego has been impeccably appointed with contemporary elements and tasteful nods to vintage design and furnishings. The main entry welcomes guests into a bright, open concept living area with cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling windows. Bathed in natural light with stunning views, there’s plenty of space to entertain, cozy up for a movie or challenge your guests to a game night. Head out to enjoy your morning coffee on the covered porch overlooking Big Saint Germain Lake, catching glimpses of eagles soaring overhead and deer meandering through the wooded lake front.
Two large bedrooms are conveniently located on the main level, one with a king bed and another with a comfortable queen bed and a crib for your tiny traveler. Separating these bedrooms is a full bathroom with a beautiful, low threshold shower. The second level of Camp Willewego has two additional bedrooms and a cozy loft area, great for reading a book or enjoying quiet reflective moments after a long day.
Downstairs, the lower level is the ultimate hangout area! Challenge your friends and family to a game of ping pong or head outdoors to the firepit and patio area for s’mores under the stars. Two more bedrooms are located on the lower level with another full bathroom.
Camp Willewego is the perfect destination in any season with easy access to the 500+ miles of groomed snowmobile trails throughout Vilas County. Ice fishing, snow shoeing and cross-country skiing are also memorable ways to enjoy the winter season in the Northwoods. Fishing, boating and paddling Big Saint Germain Lake is the spring, summer and fall will impress the most serious anglers and water sport enthusiasts! Big Saint Germain Lake is over 1600 acres of clear water, known for excellent musky, walleye and bass fishing.
Located in St Germain, this vacation home is in a rural area and on a lake. Vilas County Historical Museum and Campanile Center for the Arts are cultural highlights, and some of the area's activities can be experienced at Elmer's Fun Park and St. Germain Golf 9 Hole. Traveling with kids? Consider Eliason Hardware and Lumber, or check out an event or a game at Amsoil Eagle River Derby Track.
