This is a newly updated and modernized 3BR 3BA cabin settled right on a private bay on Pickerel Lake in Saint Germain, WI. All furniture, appliances, and interior design is all brand new and not a single feature was overlooked in the renovation of this home. Located just a couple miles from downtown Saint Germain. This cabin is just 200 yards from hiking, ATV/UTV, and snowmobile trails.

Less than 2 miles away are public boat ramps for Pickerel Lake. Rainbow Flowage with public boat ramp is only 500 yards away, too! The cabin has new patio furniture with fire pit and propane grill. Beautiful views in a quiet bay with little recreational boaters. There is a canoe for use, free of charge, to explore the Lake as well!

This property is extraordinarily ideal for a family vacation or simply a weekend getaway for smaller couples. This cabin will exceptionally accommodate parties of up to 6.
Located in St Germain, this cabin is on the waterfront. Kemp Natural Resources Station and Pickerel Lake reflect the area's natural beauty and area attractions include Elmer's Fun Park and Eliason Hardware and Lumber. Campanile Center for the Arts and Holiday Acres are also worth visiting.
