Relax and enjoy yourself in this beautifully furnished and beautifully updated Las Palmas condo. The spacious living area combines the entry, living room, dining room and kitchen in one fantastic space. Vaulted ceilings with large bright windows on three sides allows the wonderful St. George sunshine to brighten the room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating with 2 generously proportioned leather sofas. There is seating a dining table and seating for 4 at the huge breakfast bar. The living space continues outside onto the 200 s/f balcony complete with grill and bistro set. Enjoy recently updated luxury vinyl plank floors, granite countertops and tile bathrooms.

**Las Palmas is a non-smoking and pet free property. No smoking is allowed anywhere on the premises and no pets are allowed. This condo is not suitable for children under 6 years old. To ensure the comfort of our guests with allergies, we cannot make exceptions. Any violation of these policies will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

Las Palmas is the place to stay while visiting St. George. All of our guests will enjoy access to the Las Palmas resort amenities, including two gated outdoor pools with hot tubs and playgrounds, and the resort complex which contains a huge outdoor pool with lap swim area, diving pool with waterslide, children's pool, indoor heated pool, two hot tubs, fitness room, splash pad, shuffle board and basketball and pickleball courts.

Begin your day by eating breakfast on the private balcony with views of the gorgeous mountains in the distance. Fill your day with golfing at the 11 golf courses, 4 of which are championship, hiking or biking in nearby Snow Canyon or Zions with it's breathtaking red rock cliffs against blue sky, shopping at the mall or the many outlet stores, or just lounging at the pool. End your day with dinner and a show at Tuacahn 'Broadway in the Desert', an amphitheater in the red stone of Snow Canyon, or simply soak the night away in the hot tub while you contemplate about what to do tomorrow...
