The resort is a perfect place to entertain yourselves, with a pool, hot tub, and tennis courts! You'll find an array of shopping, local eateries, and family-friendly attractions to occupy your time in beautiful Saint George!

Inside you'll find a bright interior with lots of natural light and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the space. The living area invites you in to take in a movie on the large TV next to the cozy fireplace. Hobby chefs will love preparing grand meals and on-the-go snacks in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort with a beautiful King-size bed, a private entrance to the patio, and a lovely en suite bathroom equipped with a double-sink vanity and soaking tub/shower combination. Watch the unbeatable Rocky Mountain sunsets from the privacy of your own porch and see the stars come out across the desert sky.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The fireplace is not available (not working). It's there as decor.
To use streaming services, guests must log in with their own credentials.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

St. George is home to this condo. Sunbrook Golf Club and Tonaquint Park Tennis Center are worth checking out if an activity is on the agenda, while those looking for area attractions can visit Tuacahn Amphitheatre and Center for the Arts and Rosenbruch Wildlife Museum. Sand Hollow Aquatic Center and Fiesta Family Fun Center are also worth visiting. Take in the nearby slopes with cross-country skiing and snowboarding, or check out other outdoor activities such as sledding and snowmobiling.
