The open concept floor plan invites your group to gather for fun, relaxation, and memory making. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite recipes. Rest well and recharge in the three spacious bedrooms, each is equipped with soft linens, all new furnishings, and beautiful decor. The master suite features a queen bed, smart TV, and a full bathroom with double sinks and a walk in shower. There are two additional bedrooms; the first features a queen bed and a desk, the second features a twin xl over queen bunk bed. The spacious hall bathroom is equipped with plush linens, plenty of storage, and a tub shower combo.

25 year age requirement to book and stay: Tenant must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reserved dates.
Noise Ordinance: The city of St. Augustine has a noise ordinance that prohibits noise between the hours of 10:00pm-6:00am Sunday-Thursday, and 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Saturday. Violations can result in a $500 fee. *Decibel levels are monitored at this property to abide by city and county noise ordinances.
No smoking or vaping on the property. $500 fine for rule violation.
