Pet Policy
One well-behaved dog up to 10 lbs is welcome
$150 non-refundable pet fee required
Undisclosed pets will result in a $500 fine

You must be at least 25 years of age in order to make a reservation. The person who makes the reservation must occupy the residence for the duration of the reservation.
PET POLICY:
One dog up to 10 lbs allowed with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150. If dog is brought on property without disclosing prior to arrival, a $500 fine will be applied.
Located on the waterfront, this vacation home is in Crescent Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine. While the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park can be enjoyed by anyone, those looking for an activity can check out Hammock Beach Ocean Course.
