Both guest bedrooms have Intracoastal views. Situated right next to guest bedrooms is the guest bath, which includes a spacious stand-alone shower. The master suite includes a stunning large walk in shower, his and her washbasins, private toilet and a walk-in closet. The master suite also has direct access to the balcony, via a sliding glass door.
The kitchen is spacious and is fully equipped, with the option of eating at the kitchen bar counter. The dining area has a six-place table, while the adjacent living area accommodates those wanting a bit of solitude.
