This stylish brand-new built townhome is perfect for small groups or family trips. We sit in a community with playground and volleyball area. The pool and gym are in the front section of the community - 10 min walk.

We are 25 minutes away from Ponte Vedra Beach. 10 minute drive to the The Pavilion at Durbin Park, and a 8 minute walk to amazing restaurants.
