Welcome to Florida’s Luxury Beach Living! This BRAND NEW coastal home is spacious and ideal for large groups, accommodating up to 12 guests comfortably. Enjoy the stunning outdoor oasis featuring a Basketball court, lounge chairs, Smart TV, cornhole, outdoor dining area with charcoal grill, outdoor shower and new large heated pool with a sun shelf perfect for sunbathing. Guests also love the garage for fun competition playing ping pong.

This home sits in the perfect location just one block from the beach and 8 minutes to St. Augustine Historic District.

The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a coffee pot, blender, hot water kettle, a butler pantry and all essentials for your convenience.

We provide beach essentials such as towels, 6 chairs, an umbrella, a beach cart, and a rolling cooler.
