Settle into a renovated two-story townhome on the calm southern end of Anastasia Island, where Crescent Beach keeps a slower, more residential rhythm than the busier stretches to the north. The sand is a short walk away, so beach mornings, midday swims, and sunset strolls all stay easy.
Inside, the downstairs flows as one connected space. The kitchen has been completely updated and is ready for real cooking, with stainless steel appliances, a full-size refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, plus a coffee maker, toaster, and all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you need. The dining area sits right beside it, and the living room is built for unwinding after a day outside, with roomy seating, a large flat-screen TV, cable, Wi-Fi, and a fireplace anchoring the room. A half bath on this floor keeps daytime convenient.
Three bedrooms sleep up to six across about 1,460 square feet. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and its own ensuite bath, and the two other bedrooms each have a king. With two full bathrooms and the main-level half bath, a full house can get ready in the morning or rinse off after the beach without waiting. A front-load washer and dryer is on hand for sandy towels and swimsuits, and the home also has air conditioning, central heat, linens, towels, an iron and board, and parking.
Step out to a first-floor deck with seating, a quiet spot for coffee or an evening drink, and take advantage of the community pool when you want water without the walk to the shore. Pets are welcome here too, for an additional pet fee.
Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Crescent Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine. Shoppers can check out St. George Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park.
