Located just two blocks from the beach, Avery’s Ocean Breeze is a beautifully decorated duplex with great ocean views. The duplex is close to all the many pleasures of St. Augustine Beach. There’s plenty of parking out front and your pets are welcome too!
Avery’s Ocean Beach B includes three bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms and sleeps six. The home is air-conditioned and has its own laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. There’s also free Internet, which is great for arranging tee times, making dinner reservations or sending photos back home.
Walk across the front porch sitting area and in the front door where you’ll be greeted by an open-concept living room/dining room space. Everything is brand-new because the duplex itself was recently built. Cool tile floors throughout feel great on the feet after a day on the beach.
The dining area includes a table and six chairs, an elegant setting for any meal you eat in, but chances are you’ll probably want to enjoy many meals at the great restaurants you’ll find in and around St. Augustine Beach.
The kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and all the cookware, dishes and utensils you’ll need during your stay. You’ll love the large granite countertops and extensive cabinets that give you plenty of room for storing your food.
Beyond the kitchen out back is a large covered deck that leads out into the grassy yard, perfect for kids' play.
The master bedroom includes a king-sized bed and French doors leading directly to a balcony. The room is a true large retreat with chairs for reading and ample storage space. There’s a massive flat-screen TV that’s ideal for late night viewing.
The beautiful master bathroom features a large walk-in shower and double sink vanity with enough space to spread out your stuff and get ready at leisure.

Located near the beach, this vacation home is in Butler Beach, a neighborhood in St. Augustine. Shoppers can check out St. George Street, while everyone can enjoy the natural beauty of St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park. Looking to enjoy an event or a game while in town? See what's happening at Flagler College Tennis Center or Francis Field. Jet skiing, kayaking, and snorkeling offer great chances to get out on the surrounding water, or you can seek out an adventure with cycling nearby.
